Meet the staff
Graham Kinnear BSc (Hons), APCS, CPEA, CRLM, MGIS, FNAEA, MCEI, AMASI, FPC, MLIA (Dip), CertPFS, FARLA Director: is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Member of the Property Consultants Society and the Southern Private Landlords Association. In addition he holds all the recognised industry qualifications in Estate Agency and Property Management including the Guild of Incorporated Surveyors and Membership of the Architecture and Surveying Institute ensuring a high degree of accountability, professionalism and integrity. In addition Graham features in the 'Whos Who in Property' book. Graham’s role is primarily that of property survey, valuation, acquisition and management and is the face which all of our clients will recognise. He is based in our Westbrook Office.
Stephen Parry BSc (Hons), FPC, MLIA (Dip) Director: graduated from Bournemouth University with a Business Studies degree and is involved with the financial and strategic planning of the company. Stephen is also a qualified mortgage consultant.
Mark Hayes BA (Hons) graduated from Southampton with an RICS exempting degree in Valuation. Following spells with a number of London Commercial property firms, Mark was appointed a Director of our Property Agency Company in 2003.
Craig Goodburn is our Company Secretary who brings a breadth of experience from both property and financial services backgrounds.He is based at our Cliftonville Office.
Ben Wealands is a Branch Manager within our organisation and based at our Ramsgate Office. He brings seven years of residential experience to our Group complimenting further our team of experienced staff.
Stephen Williams BSc, FRICS, MCIArb is one of our consultants based in London but responsible for the South East Region Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor and Arbitrator and plays a key role in our organisation.
Marc Standen is a Negotiator based at our Ramsgate Office responsible for generating business levels on both residential sales and lettings.
Julie Butler has been appointed Lettings Manager and oversees the letting and management of property both commercial and residential. She is currently based at our Cliftonville Branch.
TraceyJane Sansom is a negotiator based at our Westbrook Office. She is responsible for client liaison and business generation. She has in excess of a decade of experience in Estate Agency within the Thanet area.
Paul Hughes Paul is the Branch Manager at our Cliftonville Office and brings 15 years of estate agency experience.
Lesley Griffin Lesley is one of our Property Managers and based at the firms Ramsgate Office. She is in charge of the lettings and management department in Ramsgate.
Vyckie Abbott Vyckie is based at our Ramsgate office within the lettings department. She brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge of the Thanet area and a strong sales background.
Andy Field Andy is based at our Ramsgate office and holds the position of Senior Negotiator. He is responsible, in conjunction with the Branch Manager for the residential and commercial sales in Ramsgate.
Marc Johnson Marc is based at our Cliftonville Office and brings to the company a strong background in sales.
John Gerard heads our maintenance team and controls our team of contractors who maintain the portfolio of property which is under our management as well as project managing the firms property development arm.
