Home Information Pack Legislation is now upon us and accordingly all homes marketed after 14 December 2007 require a home information pack.
Milton Ashbury are able to arrange for the production of home information packs on behalf of vendors throughout Thanet.
The pack will include the following:
Index, Energy Performance Certificate, Sales Statement, Standard Searches and Evidence of Title.
